Joachim's Place and Elizabeth's Place

At St. Ann's, our nursing care facility provides around the clock care under the direction of a registered nurse. Our nursing team also includes licensed practical nurses, certified nurses aides, and a certified dietary manager. Personal physicians are a phone call away.

Joachim's Place has 45 beds and Elizabeth's Place (the special care nursing unit) has 10 beds, for a total capacity of 55 residents

The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services has rated St. Ann's 5 out of 5 stars for overall quality
